Krista Neumann is a social epidemiologist who describes patterns, identifies risk factors, and informs prevention strategies for multiple forms of violence, including political, community, and family violence.

 

Neumann is particularly interested in identifying opportunities for intervention at the structural level, drawing on quasi-experimental and emerging AI-driven methods to evaluate policies and develop programs and resources aimed at reducing violence and its downstream harms.
